Booking Appointments
When booking your spa service appointment, please contact the staff person of your choice. If you need any assistance call 903.677.4211 or text 903.288.6316 for help. Once appointment is booked, it is your full responsibility to immediately alert your staff person of any schedule changes, that could result in appointment cancellation.
Confirmations
Our staff will confirm your spa appointment 24 hours prior to appointment time. Confirmations are primarily done by phone, text, or email. Group Confirmations are done 48 hours prior to appointment time. Once spa appointment is officially confirmed & you have positively responded, you are now financially responsible for your spa service fee. Please do not wait until staff confirms to cancel your appointment. Please carefully follow our cancellation policy below. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Missed Appointments
If you no show or miss an appointment without cancelling, you will be expected to pay our staff in full for your scheduled session. However, if we are able to fill your time slot, no payment will be due.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give your service person 24 hours or more advance notice for services. Group cancellations require 48 hours or more advanced notice. Clients having more than one treatment booked, must also give a 48 hour advance notice. This is to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. Please make an attempt to speak to a staff member directly to cancel your appointment. If you are unable to reach a staff member directly, please leave them a text or a voice message.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late limits the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Please note that your treatment time has been set aside especially for you. Lateness will deprive you from your full session time. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate your scheduled time. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of schedule services. Full payment of your service fee will be due regardless of late arrival.
Lost Items
The Retreat is NOT responsible for lost, missing or stolen items; therefore please consider leaving all valuable items in your car or at home.
